Little Wander and Paul Weedon Productions present a brand new comedy night featuring the best in stand-up.

Heading the show is Jen Brister (Live At The Apollo) and she’ll be joined by two times Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee Chris Cantrill, Seeta Wrightson and local legend Lee Kyle (MC).

Jen Brister

Jen Brister is a critically acclaimed stand-up comedian and writer who has been seen on BBC's Live at the Apollo, Frankie Boyle's New World Order, QI and Mock the Week. She is a regular performer on the UK and international comedy circuits and has written seven solo shows which she has performed at the Edinburgh Comedy Festival and toured extensively around the UK.

'No one does furious better than Brister' - The Guardian ****

'Her energy is explosive. Her use of space and delivery, mesmerising' - The Sunday Times

'A phenomenal display of sinewy stand up' - Chortle

Chris Cantrill

Chris Cantrill is a 3-time Edinburgh Comedy Award nominated comedian, writer and actor from West Yorkshire. Known for mixing quick fire gags with uniquely offbeat observations about modern life, Chris has developed a reputation as 'one of the most charmingly, daftly funny comics on the scene right now' (The Times). He was one of the nominees for 2024 Edinburgh Comedy Award for Best Show, being selected out of 563 eligible shows and received rave reviews from Chortle, The Telegraph, The Guardian and The Times. He’s appeared in shows such as the BAFTA-winning Alma’s Not Normal (BBC 2), Daddy Issues (BBC 3), Don’t Hug Me I’m Scared (Channel 4) and Avoidance (BBC One).

‘One of the best voices for comedy on the circuit’ - Chortle

‘Simple and bizarre punchlines with unerring skill’  - Ed Fest Mag

‘Midlife distress call goes from one big laugh to another’ - The Guardian

‘The laughs keep on coming’  - ThreeWeeks

Seeta Wrightson

Seeta Wrightson is a fast rising star of the comedy circuit and made her TV debut in the BBC New Comedy Awards. A regular face at clubs across the UK, Seeta has built up a big reputation in her native Yorkshire. She was recently tour support for Kiri Pritchard-McLean, and is a 5ft 2 brown Bradfordian woman, sharing the stories of growing up mixed race, mixed up and utterly skint - with attitude a-plenty.

'She has jokes as fierce as her outfits. Love her!'  - Kiri Pritchard McLean

Lee Kyle

Lee Kyle has spent much of his life on a never-ending quest to avoid having a proper job. From being part of an all-male Spice Girls tribute act to spending a decade as a professional wrestler, Lee's unconventional career path eventually led him to stand-up comedy. Managing the difficult trick of being both odd and relatable, Lee's jokes veer between the clever and the silly, delivering more than their fair share of belly laughs. Lee hosts the successful "Which is the Best?" podcast and has a YouTube video with 2.5 million views, though many of the comments are from Americans saying they can't understand his accent.

'A brilliant performance...pure genius!' - NARC

'Had everyone on their feet - sublimely ridiculous' - Northern Echo
