Steak, Cheese & Wine Night

We are proud to announce the launch of its newest dining event: Steak, Cheese & Wine Night, a refined culinary experience spotlighting house-aged meats, locally-sourced cheeses and expertly selected wine pairings — all crafted by our award-winning chef, Kyle Bowman.


Held at the acclaimed restaurant, this event celebrates bold flavours and artisanal techniques. Guests will enjoy dry-cured meats aged in-house in a custom-designed fridge, offering exceptional depth and character in every bite. The experience is further enhanced by a rotating selection of locally sourced cheeses, handpicked for their quality and regional character.


To compliment the menu, The Exchange 1856 offers carefully curated wine pairings, ensuring each dish is perfectly balanced with it's ideal match.


2023 North East Chef of the Year Kyle Bowman said: ‘Steak, Cheese & Wine Night is about more than just great food, it’s about honouring the craft — from our in-house curing process to supporting local producers and pairing everything with exceptional wines. Every detail is intentional.’
