Renowned local Yoga teacher, Brenda Grant will begin a combined weekly Yoga, Tai Chi and Relaxation class priced at just £5 a session.
The 90-minute sessions will take place every Tuesday morning from 10.30am until 12pm in the Thomas Brown room starting from 26th September.
Brenda, who has been teaching Yoga and Tai Chi locally for the past 30 years, is an astonishing 80 years of age but shows no signs of slowing down. She has garnered a strong loyal following due to her easy-to-follow, effective routines.
The space for Brenda’s classes is being offered free-of-charge by The Exchange 1856 as part of its vision to positively impact the health and wellbeing of the local community. In addition, Brenda plans to donate a proportion of any earnings generated from the classes back into the local community.
Places in the classes are limited so to avoid disappointment please book your slot in advance by contacting email@example.com. Anyone attending will need to provide their own Yoga / exercise mat.
